As the first point of contact for our guests, your role will be to embody the enchantment and excitement that is synonymous with Disney products and experiences. As a Cast Member, you will engage with customers through various virtual platforms, providing assistance and creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will utilize your knowledge of Disney products to assist and suggest merchandise that can deliver the most magical Disney experiences right into our customers?omes.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of guest service, managing online transactions securely, and participating in virtual training sessions to stay updated on the latest Disney merchandise and guest engagement strategies. You will also participate in virtual team meetings and are expected to contribute to the team by bringing creative ideas for enhancing guest interactions.

This role calls for a high degree of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep love for Disney brands and stories. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work flexibly under minimal supervision.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven customer service experience or a strong willingness to learn.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

5. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

6. Basic technical proficiency with computers and mobile devices.

7. Ability to participate in occasional in-person events or training sessions.

**Responsibilities:**

2. Manage online sales transactions and ensure all communications are secure and confidential.
