- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
- Identify and assess customers' needs to exceed satisfaction and provide effective solutions
- Engage customers and clients proactively to enhance their experience
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication
- Document customer interactions and follow up on resolutions to ensure satisfaction
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong phone communication and listening skills
- Familiarity with various software, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in dispatching (1 year preferred but not essential)
- Track record of exceeding performance goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
