• Design and propose a streamlined workflow that simplifies the order management process while ensuring accuracy and adaptability.

• Develop and implement automation solutions to seamlessly transfer order data from Shopify to our production team, reducing manual intervention.

• Optimize and script enhancements in Google Docs or alternative platforms to ensure data is formatted and presented clearly for production needs.

• Ensure the new process is scalable, flexible to product and Shopify updates, and can handle different order types efficiently.

• Provide comprehensive training and documentation for our team to manage the new automated workflow effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce process optimization, with a strong background in Shopify platform management.

• Expertise in workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat) and scripting for custom automation solutions.

• Analytical thinker with a keen eye for process improvement, capable of delivering simple solutions to complex operational challenges.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience and training team members.
