Requirements

Responsibilities: ? Develop and lead creative strategies for e-commerce... and DTC campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, target audience, and market trends ? Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create innovative concepts and campaign ideas that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue ? Analyze consumer insights, market data, and performance metrics to inform and adjust creative approaches ? Oversee the creation of multi-channel content (email, social media, ads, landing pages, etc.) that speaks to the brand voice and supports the customer journey ? Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure the creation of compelling visuals and messages that drive conversions ? Optimize creative assets based on performance data and testing insights to continually improve campaign results ? Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of creative execution

Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, preferably in an e-commerce or DTC setting ? Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, and digital marketing ? Expertise in developing data-driven creative strategies that drive engagement and sales ? Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns with measurable success in e-commerce or DTC environments ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ? Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms ? Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights ? Knowledge of consumer psychology, branding, and digital trends ? Self-starter with a passion for creativity and innovation

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms ? Knowledge of direct-response marketing strategies and performance marketing ? Basic video editing skills or experience working with multimedia content
