As we expand into the U.S. eCommerce market, we are looking for an eCommerce Specialist with expertise in launching and managing Amazon, Walmart 3P seller accounts, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce platforms to drive online sales growth.

Position Overview

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace (3P), and Homatics? DTC eCommerce website. You will oversee everything from marketplace strategy to website performance, digital marketing, and customer experience. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with hands-on experience in marketplace management, performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and demand forecasting.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon & Walmart 3P Marketplace Management
? Set up and manage Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace 3P accounts.
? Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand registry, and seller performance metrics.
? Develop competitive pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies tailored to marketplace dynamics.
? Optimize product listings, including SEO, A Content, and backend search terms.
? Plan and execute Amazon Advertising (PPC) and Walmart Sponsored Ads to drive sales.
? Track and analyze marketplace conversion rates, customer reviews, and ad spend efficiency.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce Management
? Oversee the Homatics DTC eCommerce website, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and functionality.
? Work with developers and designers to optimize site performance, speed, and mobile experience.
? Develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase sales.
? Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
? Manage eCommerce promotions, site merchandising, and A/B testing for landing pages.

Inventory & Order Management
? Work with internal logistics teams to manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services).
? Monitor stock levels across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC channels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
? Coordinate demand forecasting and work with suppliers to ensure smooth inventory replenishment.

Customer Experience & Reputation Management
? Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and issues across all eCommerce platforms.
? Implement customer retention strategies, including personalized email campaigns and loyalty programs.
? Develop initiatives to increase positive reviews, reduce returns, and enhance overall brand reputation.

Qualifications: ? 3 years of experience managing eCommerce operations for Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace (3P), and DTC websites (Shopify) ? Proven experience launching and scaling Amazon and Walmart 3P seller accounts. ? Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads, and Google/Facebook Ads. ? Experience with DTC eCommerce platforms & AI, including Shopify, UXify, Klaviyo ? Proficiency in Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataHawk, Pacvue, or SellerApp. ? Strong knowledge of FBA, FBM, WFS, and DTC fulfillment models. ? Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and A/B testing. ? Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
