If you have 2-3 years experience selling group health packages, employee benefits lines, or as a licensed risk advisor and are making $150k or less, we want to talk to you. We offer unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to retire 10 years sooner than our competitors. Our OTE for the first 3 years are $200- $250k, for five plus years it can be doubled. What You Will Be Doing
? Develop prospective sales leads using our Account Based Targeting and Discounted Funnel system.
? Networking, Email and Phone campaigns, Center of Influences, and targeted calling to create your book of business.
? Work independently to generate business and manage your clients insurance needs.
? Work with Underwriters and key market contacts for new business and renewal opportunities.
? Deliver and present proposals along with professional recommendations to clients

What You Need for this Position
? Must have Employee Benefits Insurance Sales (Group health sales) experience
? Active L&H License
? Expereince in B2B sales, networking, and lead generation
? Ability to create and manage a book of business with little to no supervision
? Sales minded professional with experience in KPIs and OTE goals
