Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. ? Assist customers in placing orders and provide information about products and services. ? Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. ? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies. ? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements
