Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting AT&T products to local businesses ? Develop a deep understanding of client products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits. ? Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience. ? Troubleshoot and resolve client account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives. ? Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value. ?
