Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent

? Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities
? Handle inbound and outbound customer service and sales calls
? Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed product information

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through CRM systems
? Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Experience
