Responsibilities: ? Schedule appointments with clients to meet virtually over zoom. Leads provided ? Quickly Learn & Master Sales Processes and Systems ? Manage daily operations ? Oversee multiple personnel ? Help with onboarding and training Qualifications ? Strong leadership skills ? Organized ? Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) including active listening and problem-solving ? Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go ? Works well with others and individually ? Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
