Entry Level - Logistics / Data Entry Coordinator

Position Summary

Coordinate & schedule all shipments with various carriers to ensure timely delivery of product.

Summary of Essential Position Functions

?Applicant must have 1-3 years of Logistics Transportation experience. Must establish and coordinate schedules with carriers and tender shipments.

?Must have experience in preparing all necessary shipping documentation to ensure compliance to all applicable transportation regulatory requirements. Applicant must have the ability to handle multi-projects simultaneously.

?Must have excellent communication, customer service, computer and organizational skills.

Abilities Required
? Proficient with ERP, WMS & WCS Software.
? Excellent analytical, problem solving & organizational skills.
? Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion.
? Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, & analytical ability. Commitment to excellence

Compensation Metrics

Will vary based on experience Starting pay $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Education and/or Experience
? High school Diploma
? Transportation experience 1-3 years? experience
