Job Overview: We are looking for a Jr. Real Estate Project Manager to help support senior project managers. The role involves assisting with reviewing estimates for residential property preservation and renovations. Responsibilities: ? Work with local real estate agents for each property ? Analyze property valuations like Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals ? Request and review property inspection reports, and manage repairs ? If needed, contact local authorities to address code violations ? Coordinate with other departments for invoice and payment processing ? Assist with managing project resources, budgets, and timelines ? Help ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations Skills: ? Eagerness to learn, critical thinking, ambition ?
