What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Partner with Sullivan Agency Group to sell life insurance, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, etc.
• Utilize the leads system to connect with potential clients and protect their families
• Participate in the fast-track licensing program if not already licensed
• Maintain a growth and entrepreneur mindset to succeed in the role
• Follow the proven system and align with the core values of the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Possess a laptop/computer with a video camera
• Have high-speed internet access
• Use a smartphone for work purposes
• Hold an insurance license (assistance provided to obtain the license if accepted)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Positive mental attitude and resilience in the face of challenges
