EVP, TP Infinity | The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Executive Vice President to drive the growth and delivery of our consulting and technology solutions. Though our service offerings are ever-evolving, the ones we focus mostly on Consultingare related to Target Operating Model design, Research as a Service, PMO Staff Augmentation, and ops efficiency offerings such... as Workforce Management, Training, Quality, and Knowledge Management.
On the Technology side, our offerings align with Contact Center, Cloud, Security, Intelligent Automation, AI, and Analytics. The executive in this role will be responsible for leading and driving revenue and profitability targets by strategizing and executing sales and delivery.
EVP, TP Infinity | Responsibilities & Duties
? Own the end-to-end P&L for TP Infinity in the US market, from pre-sales to execution.
? Manage and mentor a team of consultants, comprising of US-based as well as offshore (India) talent pool.
? Network and build relationships with Teleperformance business development and account management executives to explore synergies with TP?s BPO portfolio and sales pipeline.
? Partner with TP?s BPO pre-sales and solutions teams to embed TP Infinity solutions in BPO proposals.
? Develop and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy that aligns with our consulting and technology - products and services, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
? Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, enhancing strategic alliances with partners such as Genesys and Sprinklr (CCaaS), CallMiner (Conversational Intelligence), Kore.AI, and Cognigy (Conversational AI) to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.
? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their evolving consulting and technology needs.
? Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales and delivery strategies and enhance our value proposition.
? Collaborate closely with the software development teams to provide valuable insights on market trends, customer preferences, and tech advancements for driving business outcomes.
? Stay at the forefront of the digital technology landscape and ever-evolving operating models to maintain our competitive edge.
EVP, TP Infinity | The Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
? Demonstrated success in consulting and technology sales and delivery, with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership capacity within the BPO or consulting sector.
? Good understanding of digital technology solutions and services, including software, hardware, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
? Proven leadership abilities with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, inspiring and guiding a high-performing sales and delivery team toward achieving ambitious business goals.
? Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities, enabling effective market analysis, and the formulation of data-driven sales and delivery strategies.
? Track record of building and maintaining client relationships, showcasing trust, credibility, and a customer-centric approach.
