Job Description
The Field Sales Account Manager, Global Ecommerce (Remote anywhere near Washington, DC) develops new and existing business relationships in Pitney Bowes Global Ecommerce (PB GEC) Indirect/Partnership sales team. The incumbent drives revenue growth through strategic, customer focused selling. This role will identify, position, and expand opportunities for all PB GEC services. Team members produce revenue growth by identifying key decision makers, coordinating customer meetings, and developing comprehensive small parcel solutions. This role seeks to attain a comprehensive understanding of their customers' requirements around driving customer experiences, leading to new business and developing relationships with executive decision makers.
The base salary range for this position is $77,000 to $97,000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This role has uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
? Identifies net new opportunities among 3PLs, Technology Platform Partners, and Integrators for PB GEC?s Designed Delivery and Return small parcel solutions.
? Penetrates existing account base to better understand Domestic and International small parcel requirements, leading to new business opportunities and key decision maker relationships.
? Coordinates customer meetings with decision-makers to identify needs over wants, determine areas of opportunity, and develops sales strategies to win new business.
? Identifies areas of churn to develop strategies for winning back business.
? Prospects and hunts for new business through various customer opportunity identification methods.
? Engages with the customer to identify areas of need while creating value throughout the sales process.
? Collaborates with Operations to establish standard operating procedures for meeting customer expectations.
? Educates customers to provide independent tracking and reporting capabilities.
? Applies sales strategies to identify areas where PB GEC solutions can be implemented.
? Plans Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR?s) with customers to review business trends and performance.
? Develop strategies for winning back business and promoting growth.
? Performs other related duties as required or requested.
As a Field Sales Account Manager, Global Ecommerce, you have:
? Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) preferred.
? Demonstrates ability to conduct research and develop territory sales plans and possesses organization/strategic planning skills.
? Minimum 3 years of experience in successful territory management.
? Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
? Minimum 3 years of small parcel sales experience (Ecommerce preferred).
? Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer sales experience, or customer facing role experience,
Requirements
? Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-fund your relocation. This role does not have Relocation Assistance.
? Must be willing to travel, as required.
