Roles and Responsibilities: ? Eliminating cross-contamination in the bakery department can only be achieved through strict adherence to sanitization and cleaning regulations of all surfaces and equipment. ? Before and after handling bakery packaging, make sure you maintain proper hand hygiene by washing your hands adequately with soap and water. ? Prior to usage, ensure that the wrapping is free of pollutants or irregularities by conducting a quality evaluation. ? When wrapping bakery items, sanitization is critical. Remember to utilize gloves and utensils to minimize contact while packaging baked goods. ? Keeping packaged bakery items in a clean and bacteria-free environment is crucial to sustaining their taste and texture. ? A crucial step in quality control is confirming compliance with sanitation rules and regulations through regular inspections. ? Prepares, measures, packages, identifies, and promotes baked goods. ? Continuously refills the inventory of supplies and ingredients to keep up with demand. ? The process of decontaminating and sanitizing bakery sites, appliances, and tools is vital.
