Responsibilities
? Source and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the consumer services industry.
? Conduct interviews and assess candidates? skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific job opportunities.
? Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
? Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates and enhance our talent pool.
? Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate the opportunities available and attract the right candidates.
? Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencies in our recruitment strategy.
? Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, guiding them towards successful placements.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and candidates.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
? Cultural sensitivity and awareness of language barriers in the recruitment process.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate candidate records.
? Fluency in at least one additional language besides English is highly desirable.
