– Maintain customer records by updating account information.
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
– Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
