Key Responsibilities
? Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure precise matching of transactions with statements.
? Manage a portfolio of 10-20 client accounts, providing support with accounts payable/receivable, billing, and expense tracking.
? Assist clients with payroll processing, tax filings, and sales tax obligations.
? Maintain meticulous spreadsheets and records of financial transactions.
? Provide daily detailed reports to your supervisor and accurately track time spent per client.
? Address and resolve discrepancies within QuickBooks Online.
? Support various financial tasks, including loans and budgeting, as needed.

Required Skills
