The duties of a Full-Time Stock Associate at Kohl's include restocking shelves, rearranging products, and managing inventory levels to create an inviting shopping environment and support effective store procedures. By ensuring that products are well-displayed and within reach, Stockers play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and optimizing store functionality.
Key Responsibilities: ? Replenish and restock shelves and racks with inventory. ? Perform scheduled inventory counts and revisions to uphold accuracy. ? It is crucial to check that items are correctly labeled and positioned for display. ? Support in the process of receiving and unpacking shipments. ? Ensure your workspace is kept clean and systematically organized. ? Collaboratively work with team members to meet stocking and inventory requirements. ? Offer help with fulfilling online orders by selecting and packing items accordingly.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Ability to lift and move heavy objects. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. ? Good organizational and time-management skills.
