Fully Remote Project Manager

Swoon is actively seeking a Project Manager to join the team of our client! You?ll work closely with the Events team and other cross-functional partners to build a scalable and efficient fulfillment center (swag store) for the business including the platform build... stakeholder onboarding, and store management.

What will your day-to-day look like?
? Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including marketing and events, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on strategies and timelines
? Project Management: Oversee multiple projects like platform builds and stakeholder onboarding, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are scalable for global use
? Optimization through Data: Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve fulfillment center operations, driving efficiency and adapting business growth

What?s required?
? 5+ years of project management in a B2B enterprise software company
? Highly skilled with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and technology literate
? Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
? Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
? Efficient and effective meeting management skills
? Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker
? Experience building out a fulfillment or swag store
