What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for youth and collegiate sports market accounts
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in housing companies for youth and collegiate sporting events
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the youth and collegiate sports markets
? Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, for successful execution of sales strategies
? Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be based in the United States
? Proven experience in sales, specifically within the hospitality or related industry
? Strong understanding of youth and collegiate sports markets
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

? Experience in developing sales strategies for sports-related events or markets
? Familiarity with contract negotiation and pricing agreements
? Background in hospitality management or related fields
