Responsibilities
? Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
? Building strong client relationships to maintain our relationship with clients.
? Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
? Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client?s desires
? Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand the right path to take with clients and communicate progress
? Conversion rate optimization
? Send progress reports and do monthly Zoom calls with the client
? Onboarding clients.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google... Console, and software like SemRush are crucial knows how to manage a team.
