Are you a creative with a passion for design and story telling? The Walmart Marketplace Seller Marketing team is looking for a creative Senior Designer. In this role, you'll work closely with copywriters and other creatives to develop fresh and captivating visuals that drive engagement and resonate with our audience. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for innovative design and a knack for turning business concepts into stunning visual content- we want to hear from you!

As a Senior Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality designs that align with marketing goals rom lifecycle to product marketing across digital and print touchpoints. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications
? BA in Graphic Design, or other relevant education
? 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
? Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (PS, IL, ID) and other design software (Figma)
? Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work emphasizing digital work
? Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with HTML/ CSS and falmiliarity with web design principals
? Knowledge of UX/UI design and best practices
? Ability to create motion graphics and animations is a strong plus

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
