Job Description

? Your role will be to take day to day responsibility for our Field Service Engineering team. This will be operationally and in terms of people management
? You will support the team with the scheduling of PMs and repairs and be the first point of contact for emergency. repairs. You will manage any customer complaints through to resolution
? You will monitor operational KPIs and take appropriate measures to drive field service efficiency. Analyse root causes for repairs and non same-day fixes to ensure equipment quality and training quality
? You will deal with day to day HR issues, performance management and appraisals
? You will have operational management of a 3rd party partner
? You will continually look for process improvement and conduct regular review meetings with our HQ team

Qualifications
? To qualify for this role, you must have a HND in Engineering or in a comparable field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in equipment support for biotech instrumentation, and experience of team management.
? This role requires excellent communication and planning skills.
? The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to travel ? spending part of their week in the field, and part of their week at our UK office in Bisley.
? There will be occasional international travel.
? The preferred location for this role is London/M25 corridor.
