The Guest Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing communications and interactions with our guests. You will be responsible for engaging with guests across various platforms, ensuring their experiences are magical and seamless. 4. Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with management to implement improvements.

5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on Disney standards and new initiatives.

6. Document guest interactions and transactions, compiling reports and insights for management review.

7. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

### **Requirements:**

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

6. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable.

7. Genuine passion for creating engaging guest experiences.

### **Educational Qualifications:**

– High School Diploma required.

– Further certifications in Customer Service or Hospitality Management preferred.

### **Experience:**

– Experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
