Requirements:

1. Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management or related field

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services or operations

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Detail-oriented and highly organized

6. Knowledge of Disney brand and values

7. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate guest services and operations to ensure a seamless experience

2. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

3. Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and concerns

4. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed

5. Assist with training and development of guest operations team members

6. Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest interactions

7. Stay updated on Disney policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests
