The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. Responsibilities: ? Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. ? Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. ? Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes. ? Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances. ? Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and requirements. ? Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures. ? Assist with audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. ? Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. ? Manage financial risk and ensure the financial stability of the organization. ? Work closely with the executive team to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ? 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. ? Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices. ? Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?
