Healthcare B2B Outreach Specialist (Part Time & Contract) Description Job Title: Healthcare Outreach Specialist Location: Remote We are seeking a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to assist with our B2B outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the healthcare field and/or marketing, who is skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships. The position will start with 5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct 1:1 Zoom video visits with doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Referral Coordinators, and Physician Assistants to discuss our company and referral process. ? Engage in outreach activities, including cold calls and emails, to various companies and healthcare providers. ? Send 250 LinkedIn connection requests per week and add approximately 60 new contacts to our CRM. ? Follow up with around 10 leads weekly to provide additional information or schedule meetings. ? Utilize CRM systems to manage outreach efforts and track follow-ups. ? Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination in outreach efforts. Qualifications: ? Experience in the healthcare field and/or marketing is required. ? Proficiency with LinkedIn and CRM systems. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing tools. ? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. ? Must be available to work during PST business hours. ?
