What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls and resolving concerns
? Assist customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues
? Document calls in detail and provide accurate information utilizing available resources
? Interact with team members, management, and customers professionally while meeting production targets
? Adhere to client's SLAs and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or G.E.D.
? Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
? Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and OneNote
? Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
? Experience in the healthcare industry with Medicaid knowledge strongly desired

? Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, member, insurance, or claims
? Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
