Position Summary:

LoveBound Destinations is seeking a Home-based Personal Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated assistant to our clients, providing personalized support and assistance to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and memorable. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want you to be a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities: ? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing personalized assistance remotely ? Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to create customized itineraries tailored to clients' preferences ? Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences ? Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy ? Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly, providing assistance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction ? Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies ? Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in customer service, travel coordination, or a related field is preferred ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively ? Proficiency in using office software and online communication platforms ?
