Home Health Care Assistant Duties Include:
? Carry out day-to-day functions as part of the therapy unit with a physical therapist as a supervisor.
? Evaluate and document the mobility, toughness, and muscle strength of the individuals living in the nursing home.
? Observe occupants' behaviors and habits to create thorough progress summaries.
? Aid the individuals in carrying out specific exercises that can boost their strength and mobility.
? Tend to the needs of the occupants by utilizing multiple strategies, such as massage and stretching exercises.
? Aid inhabitants in utilizing significant gadgets and machines.
? Advise locals on how to exercise correctly to develop endurance, strength, and mobility.
? The trustworthiness and confidence of residents can be maintained by upholding confidentiality.
? Adhering to the legal and professional duties that are imposed by federal, state, and local authorities is essential to operate a successful business.
? Be responsive and respectful to the needs and opinions of team members.

Home Health Care Assistant Requirements Include:
? A graduate who has met all the qualifications to work as a licensed Home Health Care Assistant through an accredited program
? The current scenario of Home Health Care Assistant licensure
? Candidates with previous exposure to long-term-care facilities are preferred
