What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts to generate referrals and grow the agency's client base
? Coordinate referrals and maintain timely communication with the intake and office team
? Proactively follow up on new account leads and provide community insights for program development
? Build and nurture relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals
? Attend community, networking, and social events to promote agency services

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred
? Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience, particularly in home health, SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac
? Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills
? Reliable transportation for local travel within the assigned territory
? Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to various working conditions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a workable sales plan
? Strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws related to healthcare marketing
? Previous experience in public relations or community outreach programs
? Proven track record of generating referrals within healthcare settings
? Familiarity with market intelligence data and sales growth tools
