At Regions, the EnerBank Funding Services Representative is responsible for handling outbound and inbound funding request calls and processing loan funding requests. In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan documentation while ensuring compliance with the Bank?s polices and controls.

EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Primary Responsibilities
? Processes loan documents, loan document requests, and voids & reissues loan documents
? Processes loan application withdrawal requests
? Reviews signed loan documentation and opens the borrower?s loan
? Processes loan funding requests
? Handles Funding Management System (FMS) outbound and inbound funding request calls
? Works under general supervision ensuring the Bank?s procedures and controls are followed

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED

Preferences
? Experience using several software applications including LoanServ, Unifi, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

Schedule'
? Current schedule would be Monday-friday 2PM-7PM MST.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:
$36,500.00 USD

50th Percentile:
$40,000.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:
This job is not incentive eligible.
