Hotel Bellman / Doorman Part-Time

Weekend Bellman position at luxury hotel near JFK Airport . Great potential for cash tips daily.

Essential Duties:
? First & last impression of hotel guests
? Greet guests
? Escort guests to their rooms
? Check in baggage
? Explain and identify room features to guests
? Assist guests in unloading and loading of luggage from vehicle
? Bring baggage to assigned hotel rooms and back to lobby and baggage storage area
? Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Job Requirements: ? Ability to understand and follow instructions. ? Friendly, congenial and a team player. ? Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours and operations, and must be knowledgeable of the surrounding areas ? Must be able to lift 50 pounds plus ? Must be physically fit to stand for an 8 hour shift ? Must be in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. ? Supply guests with directions and arrange for transportation for guests.
