The Hourly Team Member's principal role is to support excellent guest service by cooperating with Restaurant Managers and other employees to adhere to operational standards and procedures.

In this role, the individual is overseen by the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, and works with Guests and field operations staff.

Supporting Documentation: Employers may provide supporting documentation, such as job aids or training materials, to help employees succeed in the role:
? Receives orders and payment with a smile while greeting patrons warmly
? Packaging also plays a vital role in ensuring that food and drink products remain fresh and safe to consume for an extended period
? Responsible for maintaining the restaurant's pristine condition at all times, which includes the dining area, bathroom, and exterior portion
? In order to prevent accidents and injuries, it is important to uphold hygiene and safety measures in work areas
? Re-supplies inventory items to prevent stock outs and customer delays
? Regular and punctual attendance is essential in meeting deadlines and ensuring quality work output
? Conforms to Burger King's standards and policies for uniform and hygiene

Credentials and experience:
