    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems aligned with the employer's needs and strategy
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions or processes
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights into system improvements
  • Translate HR People Team business needs into technical requirements and actionable software solutions
  • Foster effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams for smooth coordination
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems (Workday preferred)
  • Knowledge of Workday HR systems in areas such as Absence, Core HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, and Time Tracking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in driving operational efficiency and automation
  • Familiarity with secure design practices
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record in fostering collaboration across teams
