Leadership position managing 15 field staff who provide care management services under the Virginia Medicaid contract.

If you reside within a commutable distance of Alexandria and Fairfax, Virginia markets, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
? Oversite and compliance of authorizations, daily contractually required activities to ensure compliance
? Monitoring, coaching, and developing team members to their highest ability
? Supporting staff to remove barriers and needs of members
? Respond to DMAS requests with timely and accurate information
? Supporting other managers and coverage when needed
? Performing ride along visits with team members yearly
? Presenting and leading some staff meetings
? Engaging and active participant in project for quality and process improvements
? Ability to communicate professionally to support internal and external communications
? Ability to lead team in managing complex medical needs of members within home services
? Ability to perform in home assessment when coverage is minimally needed

Required Qualifications
? Undergraduate degree within a medical field
? Licensed RN in state of Virginia
? 2+ years of experience working with HCBS waiver population under Virginia Medicaid
? Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
