Key Responsibilities
? Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, senior executives, and Board of Directors as required.
? Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, address scheduling conflicts, and create a seamless experience for all participants.
? Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, fostering strong professional relationships.
? Manage and prioritize various internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and other correspondences.
? Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
? Coordinate logistics for both onsite and offsite leadership meetings, ensuring all aspects are meticulously arranged.
? Organize travel arrangements, including accommodations, transport, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
? Facilitate numerous meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing minutes to relevant parties.
? Oversee relationships with specific vendors and service providers as necessary.
? Welcome and manage visits from executives, investors, and other essential stakeholders.

Required Skills
? Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
? Ability to collaborate seamlessly with onsite, hybrid, and remote employees.
? Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
? Flexibility and adaptability to support a rapidly evolving organization.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 8 years of related experience OR a Master's degree with 6 years of experience OR a PhD with 3 years of experience.
? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO and senior executives, preferably in the biotech sector.
