Key Responsibilities
? Strategically develop, implement, and enhance paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
? Collaborate with media buyers and analysts to optimize return on investment and maintain account integrity, leveraging insights from A/B testing and performance metrics.
? Regularly analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and generate comprehensive reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
? Assist in broadening our platform reach by exploring additional channels, including Bing, Pinterest, and programmatic advertising, to amplify client impact.
? Foster open communication and strategic collaboration with team members to deliver effective advertising solutions.

Required Skills
? Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in paid media, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, whether managing individual accounts or portfolios in-house or within an agency.
? Strong analytical capabilities combined with hands-on experience in campaign management, ad purchasing, and strategic planning.
? Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as Bing or Pinterest is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, thriving in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications
? Proven experience of at least 2 years in managing paid media accounts, especially with proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager.
? A Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred.
