This position is part-time and offers a competitive salary range of $12.20-$14.20 per hour.
? *Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Agent - Weekend Overnights. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound communication channels to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and requires working weekend overnights from Saturday 9pm to Sunday 7am and Sunday 9pm to Monday 5am, ? *Responsibilities:** ? Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner ? Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services ? Resolve customer issues or complaints in a satisfactory manner with empathy and efficiency ? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers ? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records ? Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer service and call quality ? *Requirements:** ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Previous customer service experience preferred ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Availability to work weekend overnights ? Must not have any criminal background inquiries
