What does a Production Maintenance Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In the production plant the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of general?acility maintenance. The production environment is operational 24/7 so the technician is responsible to maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot complex equipment in charge of production processes. There is high speed automated production machinery, and other manufacturing equipment.

Job Details:

Schedule: 10pm - 6:30am (Mon-Fri, weekends and OT as needed)

Location: This will be at our Wilsonville plant.

Responsibilities: ? Provide Support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and other issues and making necessary repairs to production and facility equipment to maximize efficiencies ? Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP ? Participate in rebuilds and overhauls on production line and support equipment ? Assist with parts management by ensuring parts are checked out of stock and communicating any deficiencies to the Parts Planner ? Provide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports ? Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators and following up on top causes of downtime ? Maintain a clean and organized workspace ? Follow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programs ? Operate with technical skill the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system. This is for inventory and production line operational excellence ? Clean tools, parts and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance ? Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production with a continued desire for lean supply chain process initiatives and improvement ? Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed ? Quality reviews of equipment assigned to maintain safety and performance standards

Requirements: ? High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate ? Trade School certified preferred ? 2+ years of maintenance experience ? Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills ? Ability to read schematics ? Welding and Fabrication experience ? Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems. ? Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly. Strong computer skills ? Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication, docks and doors, security systems ? Production Facility?epairs as assigned ? Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred ? Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business ? Ability to lift 50 pounds
