Key Responsibilities
? Provide virtual instruction tailored to students with special needs, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
? Develop and implement effective strategies and accommodations based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
? Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and team members, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
? Utilize virtual teaching platforms, educational software, and assistive technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
? Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
? Promote inclusivity, empathy, and respect within the virtual classroom.
? Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
? Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
? Experience delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs.
? Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to create and implement effective strategies and accommodations.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and educational technology.
