? Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals and customer inquiries promptly.
? Efficiently manage orders and secure proof approvals while providing top-tier customer service.
? Conduct onboarding calls for new clients to facilitate a seamless transition to our services.
? Track and manage client cases for our loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
? Monitor customer orders and product shipments while promptly resolving any issues that arise, striving for a swift resolution.
? Perform additional tasks as required to support team objectives.
