Career growth and development opportunities. Responsibilities: What?s a typical day as an Inside Sales Coordinator? You?ll be: ? Receiving incoming calls from residential customers inquiring about waste management services. ? Assisting customers in placing orders for waste collection, including scheduling pickups, arranging special services, and updating account information. ? Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding service offerings, pricing, and promotions. ? Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. ? Utilizing company systems and databases to enter and maintain customer information accurately. ? Collaborating with other departments, such as dispatch and billing, to ensure seamless service delivery. ? Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers. ? Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs and inquiries. ? Following company policies and procedures regarding order processing, data privacy, and customer interactions. ? Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets. ? Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance job skills and knowledge. ? Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Note: This is a temporary, 90-day position. Qualifications: This job might be an outstanding fit if you: ? Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. ? Have previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles preferred. ? Have strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner. ? Have excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. ? Are able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. ? Are proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. ? Are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing. ? Are able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. ? Have flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. ? Have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner
