Integrated Media Ad Coordinator

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Integrated Media Coordinator to assist with managing both print and digital advertising campaigns. The role involves working with multiple teams to coordinate ad materials, manage campaign deliverables, and ensure smooth execution for both print publications and digital platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities
?Assist in the coordination of print and digital ad campaigns.
?Upload and manage ad materials for both print and digital (Google Ad Manager).
?Ensure ad orders and materials are submitted on time for print production deadlines.
?Monitor and track digital campaign performance, ensuring delivery and viewability standards are met.
?Investigate and resolve accounting issues related to sales orders.
?Generate reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) for both print and digital campaigns.
?Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
?Communicate with clients regarding campaign status, launch delays, and any issues.
?Assist with cross-training and support during team absences.
?Provide project management support for both print and digital orders.
?Assist with month-end processes and order entries.
?Help streamline processes and improve department workflows.
?Support sales representatives and other ad services coordinators during vacation and other absences.
?Other duties as required.

Qualifications
?Post secondary education in a business program or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
?Exceptional customer service and relationship management (both internal and external).
?Excellent organization and time management skills.
?Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
?Ability to work well in a team and independently.
?Eagerness to learn about both print and digital media.
?Good written and verbal communication skills.
