Job Summary
To provide leadership for development and administration of operational planning processes to meet service level and financial performance objectives. Effectively communicate overall project plan and scope to keep customers updated throughout the integration, providing reviews and identifying any potential project risks.
Job Description/Responsibilities
?Act as the technical liaison and project manager across all integration activities throughout the integration/implementation from technical kick-off to launch
?Provide technical development support and guidance to the customer during the development, testing and launch project phases
?Manage multiple customer projects and project tasks within a project management platform
?Develop product knowledge/expertise to enhance onboard processes and develop project templates
?Maintain customer-specific technical requirements and documentation for all customers
Skills / Abilities
?Strong systems, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
?Manage multiple customer integration projects simultaneously
?Organizing and leading customer testing sessions
?Triaging customer integration issues
?Resource scheduling, intra-day coordination, communication, and operational analysis
?Reading and troubleshooting APIs
?E-commerce experience preferred
?Software as a Service (SaaS) experience is preferred
?Experience using an Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) is a plus

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Annual Range - $85,280.00 - $127,920.00
Domicile?nformation: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.
