Life Takes You Places! Are you ready to join us?

We are currently seeking a long term intern to support our sales team in team in Florida 20 hours a week. This is a remote position. Applicants must be based in Florida. The ideal candidate will be based in the Jacksonville area and have the ability to visit our office occasionally. We will provide a flexible schedule, as needed, to work 20 hours a week. Compensation is $16 to $18 an hour depending on experience.

An Intern-Sales & Business Support will:
? Work closely with the Sales team while being exposed to a wide variety of our corporate business areas, gaining invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily assignments, strategic projects, interactions with department leaders, and networking with employees across the US
? Support Sales initiatives including research, competitive analysis, proposal reviews, creating communications, reports, and presentations.
? Perform administrative duties including scheduling internal meetings, preparing correspondence, and spreadsheets.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written
? Ability to craft professional presentations and communication pieces.
? Ability to accept assignments and work independently to bring projects to completion
? Intermediate Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
? Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and maintain a high level of confidentiality
? Organizational, detail orientation, critical thinking, written/verbal communication skills and time management skills

Required Education and Experience:
? No degree is required but must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university.
? Experience creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations.

Preferred Education and Experience:
? A sophomore or junior working towards a business administration, finance or health informatics degree
