We are currently seeking a Dyslexia Teacher to provide virtual instruction and intervention to students in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities: ? Provide engaging virtual instruction using research-based strategies for students with dyslexia and reading difficulties. ? Assess student reading abilities and implement individualized intervention plans to support literacy development. ? Utilize multisensory approaches, such as Orton-Gillingham or similar methodologies, to enhance reading comprehension and fluency. ? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure consistent support and student success. ? Monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed to meet each student's unique learning needs. ? Maintain detailed records of student assessments, progress reports, and individualized learning goals.

Qualifications: ? Valid Texas teaching certification with a specialization in Dyslexia, Special Education, or Reading Intervention. ? Experience with evidence-based dyslexia interventions such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading, or Barton. ? A minimum of two years of experience working with students with dyslexia or related reading challenges. ? Strong virtual teaching skills and proficiency with online learning platforms. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
