Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)? We?re looking for a dedicated Virtual SLP to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students across Illinois.

At VocoVision, we provide teletherapy services that connect students with top-notch professionals, regardless of location. As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you?ll have the chance to work remotely, create personalized therapy plans, and contribute to the success of students in need.

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide Remote Therapy: Deliver speech-language therapy sessions to K-12 students via a user-friendly online platform. ? Evaluate and Assess: Conduct assessments to evaluate students? speech and language abilities and create individualized treatment plans. ? Develop and Implement IEPs: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). ? Track Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of student progress, therapy notes, and treatment plans. ? Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and administrators to ensure the best possible support for students. ? Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest speech therapy practices and telehealth trends to ensure the highest level of service.

What You Need to Succeed:
? Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement (required).
? Master?s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
? ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
? 2+ years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (experience in schools preferred).
? Strong knowledge of the IEP process, speech-language assessment tools, and therapy techniques.
? Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and school staff in a virtual environment.
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (training will be provided on our tools).
? A passion for helping students succeed and a dedication to providing exceptional care remotely.
